:Title : Client Service ManagerExperience : 2 to 4 years Location : Rasbihari ( Kolkata)- Female candidates onlyRole And Responsibilities : - Corporate Client Servicing role Into B2B model.- Candidate will be managing existing clients of Financial Institution Group who are mainly NBFCs, HFCs, MFI, SFB\'s, Co-op Banks etc. within East zone.- Building up strong relationship with the junior, middle & senior management of clients by meeting them personally and frequently.- Addressing & solving their queries in a productive manner by coordinating with Operations, Claims team and all other departments at HO.- Prepare, maintain and share relevant trackers on business volume, projections and product details with HO teams, which will change from time to time.- Ensuring growth in business.Education - Any graduate (No Arts background) with throughout 60% academic score.Candidate should be from Kolkata or stayed and worked for more than 2 years at Kolkata (mandatory) (ref:updazz.com)
