- Job Title: Client Relationship Manager - IT Staffing- Experience: 3-4 Years- Locations: Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad- Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic Client Relationship Manager who can manage IT hiring accounts with ownership and precision. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, ensuring smooth recruitment delivery, and identifying additional business opportunities within assigned clients.ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Engagement- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.- Build strong client partnerships through consistent communication and trust-based interactions.- Understand ongoing and upcoming hiring needs and ensure timely updates.Delivery Coordination- Work with internal recruitment teams to manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.- Monitor delivery timelines and maintain hiring quality for all assigned accounts.- Ensure smooth coordination between recruiters and client stakeholders.Business Expansion & Revenue Focus- Identify new hiring demands, supplementary services, or additional business within existing accounts.- Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and expansion opportunities.- Track account profitability and ensure SLA adherence.Commercials & Documentation- Manage billing processes, rate cards, SOWs, and compliance documentation.- Check invoice accuracy and ensure timely submissions.- Handle negotiations professionally and maintain transparent communication.Reporting & Process Monitoring- Use CRM/ATS tools to track client activity, job requests, delivery status, and pipeline strength.- Prepare weekly client updates and performance reports.- Recommend process improvements based on client feedback and data insights.SkillsClient Relationship Management, IT Recruitment, Account Handling, Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Contract & Billing Management, Recruitment Delivery, Upselling/Cross-selling, CRM/ATS Tools (Salesforce/Workday), SDLC Understanding, Communication, Reporting & Data Analysis.Eligibility- 3-4 years of experience in IT staffing / IT recruitment account management.- Strong understanding of technical job roles and hiring cycles.- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with strong follow-up skills.- Experience working with CRM/ATS software is preferred.
