Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the client accounting team to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery.

• Oversee end-to-end client accounting activities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards, including IFRS and US/UK GAAP.
• Manage regulatory and financial reporting requirements while maintaining strong governance and control frameworks.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Build strong client relationships while mentoring team members to support professional development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements: * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in client accounting, financial services, or regulatory reporting.

• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements and financial reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards, with proven exposure to IFRS and US/UK GAAP.
• Minimum 1.5 years of team handling experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage performance effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with proficiency in accounting systems/tools and Microsoft Office Suite, and the capability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
