Position Summary:
What will you do:
  • Oversee clearance and brokerage operations, ensuring efficient processing and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for brokerage services, handling documentation and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage clearance customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper cage handling, managing inventory, security, and timely distribution of goods.
  • Effectively manage assigned resources, departments, and locations to achieve operational goals.
  • Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure consistent and prompt completion of tasks.
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with teams across countries or regions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You will be a great fit if you:
  • Have relevant experience in Gateway operations, customs clearance and Logistics industry with atleast 4 years' experience in team handling.
  • Preferably F card or Rule 6 certificate holder.
  • Have experience in driving a large team.
  • Should be willing to work in night shifts.
