Projects & Maintenance Manager
to handle
new construction projects
and
overall facility maintenance
across all locations.
This role requires a
mature, hands-on professional
with strong knowledge of
civil construction, MEP systems, and team management
.
Key Responsibilities
Projects / New Construction
Manage new showroom and workshop construction as per approved drawings and standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and budget control.
Maintenance & Facilities (Primary Role)
Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings and facilities.
Handle MEP systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wash bays, drainage, etc.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Manage small civil works: flooring, ramps, washrooms, interiors, repairs.
Team & Vendor Management
Supervise maintenance staff and site technicians.
Manage contractors, vendors, and AMC services.
Control costs, verify work quality, and approve bills.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in
Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
.
8+ years of experience
in projects and facility maintenance.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
civil, MEP, and HVAC systems
.
Experience handling
multiple sites or facilities
.
Willingness to travel across locations.
Skills & Behaviour

Ability to manage teams and vendors.
Cost-conscious and quality-focused.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
