Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of civil structural works, including warehouses, central stores, erection of columns, ISMB from MS plates, roof sheeting, cladding, and deck sheeting.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes and standards for structural integrity and safety.
• Conduct structural assessments to identify risks and recommend corrective actions, such as removal, repair, or rebuilding of defective parts.
• Manage project budgets to control excess expenditure while maintaining quality and safety parameters.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure completion within the set time frame.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align civil works with overall project goals.
• Prepare and review billing documentation for civil works.
• Implement best practices in construction methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards during project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:
Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Advanced certifications in structural engineering or project management are preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

• 15+ years of experience in executing civil structural works for thermal power plants.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale EPC projects with a focus on cost, quality, and safety.
