Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Project Management

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of interior fit-out projects. Coordinate closely with architects, MEP consultants, and cost consultants to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and timely execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.

Technical Maintenance & Facility Upkeep

Oversee maintenance activities for MEP systems to ensure smooth facility operations.


o Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all relevant systems. o Ensure minimal downtime and efficient functioning of all technical services.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and internal compliance requirements. Implement and monitor safety measures during project execution and facility maintenance activities.

Vendor Management

Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, appointment, and performance monitoring. Oversee procurement processes ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve consistent service levels.

Experience

8-10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, facilities maintenance, and MEP services management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
