We are urgently hiring for the insurance sector.CTC: 2 LPA to 3.50 LPA + incentive (Depend on experience + Fix CTC package)Designation: Channel Sales ManagerRoles and responsibility :- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.- Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.- To do field Work- Training, motivating, and development of team members.- Organizing sales visits- Demonstrating and presenting products- Establishing new business- Maintaining accurate records- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings- Reviewing sales performanceCandidates Requirements :- Graduation in any stream.- Minimum 2-year sales experience.- Having own bike and DL.- Locals of a particular city.
