Medtra is a fast-growing biomedical technology company and the proud developer of the Veineux AR 100 - India's first and only patent-granted 4K vein visualization system. We are expanding our distribution and partnership channels across India and international markets.
We are looking for a result-driven Channel Development Manager to lead and grow our hospital and healthcare partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners across India and abroad
Develop channel sales strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market research to identify potential regions and partners
Train and support partners to drive product visibility and sales
Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievement
Coordinate with internal teams to support partner needs and escalations
Represent Medtra at key trade shows and hospital events
Requirements
Proven experience in channel sales or distributor management, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong market analysis and relationship-building capability
Ability to travel and handle multiple regions
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
