Job Summary:

The Manager - CFMC will lead the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Fraud Monitoring Centre, ensuring timely handling of priority cases, policy support, inter-agency coordination, and efficient functioning of CFMC-CFCFRMS. The role requires strong leadership, domain expertise in banking and fintech, and close coordination with government and regulatory stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient handling of priority cases, timely complaint resolution, and smooth CFMC operations. Provide actionable inputs for enhancement of CFMC-CFCFRMS functioning and suggest policy-level improvements. Assist in drafting CFMC policies and supervise day-to-day CFMC activities, attendance, and performance of banks, FIs, TSPs, and IT intermediaries. Prepare entity-wise and month-wise performance matrix reports; monitor API integrations and module changes. Coordinate with Government agencies (DFS, RBI, FIU, IBA, CEIB, DoT, MeitY), banks, FIs, and law enforcement agencies. Lead and manage teams, ensure administrative efficiency, and support inter-departmental collaboration.

Skills & Requirements:

B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/PG from a recognized university/institution. Minimum 7 years of experience in policy formulation, project planning and implementation, banking and financial systems, and human resource management. Strong knowledge of banking, fintech ecosystems, digital payment systems (including overseas transactions), and related regulations. Experience working with Ministries, Government Departments, RBI, banks, and financial institutions. Understanding of cyber-enabled and cyber-dependent crimes. Relevant certifications such as CRMA, CAMS, SAS/SQL/Data Analytics, Certified Fintech Professional, CISSP/CISM, cybercrime or fraud management, or diploma in cyber laws. Self-driven, highly motivated, strong follow-up skills, and willingness to work extended hours when required.
