Position: Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Centre of Excellence
:
- Develop & deliver technical training programs related to Vibration Analysis, Machinery Lubrication, Bearing Maintenance, Thermography, Shaft Alignment, Belt alignment, Dynamic balancing etc.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver technical trainings virtually to internal & external participants.
- Deliver on site technical trainings to customer plants.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support sales team for technical discussions with customer virtually or by visiting sites.
- Support sales team for preparing detailed technical reports, case study etc.
Qualification/ Skills:
- Vibration Analyst Level III or above certifications.
- 10+ years of experience in Condition monitoring
- 5+ years of experience in delivery of technical training programs.
- Working experience in industrial plants like paper, Chemical, Steel and Cement.
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers.
Candidate must be willing to travel more than 50% of time across the India and sometimes international travel also.
