1. Agile Engineering Expertise: Harness deep technical proficiency in electronic components' manufacturing processes to swiftly adapt to changing requirements and ensure rapid deployment.

2. Accelerated FTG Deployment: Spearhead the rapid finalization and deployment of FTG Requirements, emphasizing swift turnarounds without compromising on quality.

3. Quality-centric Development: Champion the APQP process, ensuring parts are developed with speed and precision, aligning with the desired production standards.

4. Rapid Drawing Analysis: Promptly review and validate engineering drawings to ensure immediate manufacturability feedback.

5. Swift Vendor Onboarding: Expedite vendor selection by adhering to company benchmarks, ensuring swift and efficient part production timelines.

6. Proactive Process Planning: Agilely strategize supplier-end manufacturing processes, preparing PFC and control plans with a focus on speed and adaptability.

7. Advanced Quality Control: Implement MSA and SPC techniques, driving quality with quick feedback loops to the manufacturing process.

8. Accelerated PPAP Involvement: Streamline the PPAP and PSW processes, ensuring rapid part approval while maintaining strict quality adherence.

9. Timely Project Targets: Consistently achieve the MPDS gateways for projects, emphasizing speed without compromising on outcome quality.

10. Quick Feasibility Assessments: Actively involve in project feasibility studies, ensuring timely and efficient evaluations for optimal outcomes.

11. Impeccable Inspection Standards: Prioritize rapid yet thorough PIST and PIPC inspections, ensuring parts meet strict quality standards post-PPAP approval.

12. Timeline-focused Process Closures: Champion the swift closure of DFM, VOB, TKO, ensuring each process meets its designated timeline without quality compromise.

13. Stakeholder Collaboration: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, driving agile collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders for faster decision-making.

14. Agile Process Development: Continually refine and implement processes/tools for supplier component development, ensuring adaptability and rapid response to changes.

15. Quality Performance Metrics: Emphasize quick yet effective QCD Targets, ensuring suppliers consistently meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.

16. Rapid Problem Solving: Lead swift resolution initiatives, employing the 8D Problem Solving Approach, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Specific desirable experiences/ Preferred knowledge areas :

Knowledge of Engine,Casting (Al&GCI), Machining,Proprietary parts, Electronic parts, Precise Machining , Special Processes, Pipes,Rubber.

Knowledge of various assembly methods, Automation technologies, Poke yoke and Functional testing

Excellent Audit skills

Knowledge of quality tools

ISO/TS quality systems,

Knowledge about APQP / PPAP / PFMEA/ MSA / SPC / DCP / GD &T

Handling of Inspection Equipements and metrological knowledge

Structured Problem solving Techniques like QC Story, G8D

Capacity analysis skills

Project Management skills

Knowledge of VAVE

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word etc.,
