Manager

Sales and the Aviation industry

Group Flight Bookings and FIT ticketing
. The role involves handling
end-to-end business operations
of the company along with oversight of its
four subsidiaries

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage
end-to-end operations
of TRION E-COM SERVICES PVT LTD and its
four subsidiaries
Lead and supervise
Group Flight Ticketing operations
, including group fare negotiations, airline coordination, and bulk booking management
Manage
FIT (Free Independent Traveler) ticketing operations
, ensuring accuracy, competitive pricing, and timely issuance
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and GDS partners for both
group and FIT bookings
Monitor daily operational workflows across sales, ticketing, customer support, and back-office teams
Ensure smooth inter-department coordination and timely resolution of operational and ticketing escalations
Track performance metrics related to
sales, revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with airline policies, aviation regulations, and internal company procedures
Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements across all company entities
Requirements
4-8 years of experience and exposure in Sales and the Aviation industry
Proven hands-on experience in
Group Flight Bookings and FIT operations
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Experience working with airlines, consolidators, and GDS systems
Ability to manage company-wide operations and multiple subsidiaries
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Comfortable working in a
remote setup
