Key Responsibilities

Handle and monitor

and outbound sales campaigns.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure team performance meets KPIs.
Monitor call quality, conversions, and customer interactions.
Develop strategies to improve lead generation, call efficiency, and sales closure.
Coordinate with senior management for reporting, planning, and execution.
Ensure adherence to company policies and call center standards.
Handle escalations and support the team to achieve better results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a
Call Center Manager / Sales Manager / Team Leader
.
Strong background in
cold calling, outbound sales, and call center profiles
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/call center tools.
