We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Restaurant Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, team efficiency, and excellent guest satisfaction while maintaining operational profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily cafe operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver high-quality customer service.
Oversee P&L, sales, cost control, and profitability targets.
Coordinate with kitchen and support teams for seamless operations.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues effectively.
Prepare daily and weekly operational and financial reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or cafe service management (Hotels/Restaurants).
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Sound knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
