Build comprehensive system-level and vehicle-level models as per project requirements, including the development and integration of flexible models for enhanced simulation accuracy.
Perform load extraction to determine forces and stresses within components.
Conduct K&C (Kinematics and Compliance) simulations to analyze system behavior.
Execute ride and handling simulations, correlating results with physical test data.
Engage in thorough post-processing of results, providing clear interpretation of simulation data and generating detailed reports that present findings and recommendations.
Coordinate and interact with design teams to ensure alignment of simulation models with design objectives, providing insights and feedback based on simulation results.
Utilize hands-on experience to tweak suspension parameters for optimal ride and handling.
Implement design improvements to meet and exceed performance targets.
