Aligning self and team to the Tesco Business plans and strategies for Odessy 26 and beyond
Partnering with the Market to drive category strategy by collaborating and leveraging on the skills within TBS
Having a seat at the table by solving business problems for Buyers, Merchandisers and Product Transformation team and building
trusted partnership with Stakeholders
Cross functional collaboration within and across TBS to create a value stream network driving efficiency end to end
