A. Position Overview Position Title Manager - BSG Department Business Solutions Group Grade Manager B. Organizational Relationships Reports to Direct Senior Manager- Business Solutions Group Supervises NA C. Job Dimensions A Project Administrator to measure and administer the project activities and will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. The Project Manager responsibilities include measure the success of the Change initiatives, benefit of the initiative to the company and analyzing risks and opportunities with respect to various projects and Change initiatives considering existing system landscape, existing processes, and regulatory framework. For this role, you will work with a team of project manager and coordinator, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Geographic Area Covered Pan India Stakeholders Internal Operations, Branch Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Project Management Office, Digital Team. Stakeholders External IT Vendors, Distributers, Channel Partners D. Key Result Areas Project Management Measure the success of the project by analyzing the Change initiative. Analyze risks and opportunities. Understanding the project objectives and define the benefits of the projects and ensure the expected timelines are achieved. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Monitor project progress and handle and report any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all team members. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, also update the project status in project tracking tool. Tracking of project benefits and taking corrective action if required by way of implementing process or system changes. Report project status to management and escalate to management as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plan and report. Drive Project adoption by conducting training and required interventions. E. Skills Required Technical Behavioral . Incumbent Characteristics Essential Desired Qualification Post Graduate Experience 3 to 4 years of experience in managing large projects involving system implementation. Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time management. 4 to 5 years of experience in the field of Life Insurance/BFSI Domain Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
