Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d \xef\x82\xa7 To manage Fintech Partnership integration \xef\x82\xa7 Ownership of partnership technology capabilities \xef\x82\xa7 Internal & External stakeholder management. \xef\x82\xa7 Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of changes in required APIs stack


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - \xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for technology understanding of various partners and exploring the ways to integrate with BFL core systems. \xef\x82\xa7 Work with IT for continuous optimization of the partnership API stack as per business needs \xef\x82\xa7 Create business requirement and engage with IT for development of capabilities across systems. \xef\x82\xa7 Engage with internal and external stakeholders for seamless technology integrations with partners systems




Required Qualifications and Experience
* a) Qualifications \xef\x82\xa7 Graduation or Post Graduation b) Work Experience \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management with Good understanding of financial/Banking industry. \xef\x82\xa7 IT and system Knowledge along with basics of SQL language \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to communicate well with all levels of management/stakeholders/colleagues in a multicultural, multinational environment.
