Business and Franchisee Development ManagerJob Requirements :- A proven experience of 3 to 5 years of sales career in franchisee appointments in Pune/Rest Maharashtra preferably in the Retail/Pharma domain.- An experience of working in a Retail/Pharma company and a knowledge of franchise development in the same is highly preferable.- The role holder will be responsible for the effective onboarding of franchise partners and maintaining long-term relationships with them.- Excellent relationship building, excellent business acumen, negotiation, and diplomatic client handling skills are essential.- Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise Commitment of monthly & Quarterly franchise recruitment targets for self & team and to reach them.
