Key Responsibilities
:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities specifically focused on revenue streams and growth initiatives.
2. Revenue Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key revenue metrics and growth indicators to provide insights into business performance.
3. Data Management & Analytics: Utilize data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Excel) to gather, manage, and analyze large datasets related to sales, orders, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations to align financial goals with business strategies.
5. Driving Business Goals: Own financial targets related to revenue and growth, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actionable strategies.
6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting, and dataaccuracy to enhance decision-making.
7. Decision Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic
planning and investment decisions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of post-qualification experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategy.
CA or MBA (Finance/Strategy) preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Proficiency with data management and analytical tools (Snowflake, Excel, BI tools)
Self-starter with ownership mindset, structured problem-solving ability, and a bias for action.
Strong communication skills -- able to translate numbers into a clear business story.
Continuous improvement mindset with hunger to scale in a high-growth environment.
