Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager - Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across the organization. The role will focus on delivering actionable financial insights, enabling cost management, and supporting strategic decision-making in close collaboration with business leaders. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a proactive business mindset to support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles in alignment with business objectives. Conduct variance analysis, highlight key drivers, and recommend corrective actions. Deliver meaningful financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

Business PartneringCollaborate with business and departmental heads to align financial priorities with business goals. Provide financial evaluation for business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

Management Reporting & InsightsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with accuracy and clarity. Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to guide management decisions. Develop dashboards and tools to improve financial visibility for stakeholders.

Cost & Efficiency ManagementMonitor and control operating expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets. Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Partner with teams to identify operational efficiencies.

Decision Support & Strategic ProjectsSupport business cases for new projects, product launches, and expansion plans. Provide financial due diligence and scenario modeling for key initiatives. Contribute to strategic discussions with insights on profitability, risks, and returns.

Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, IT, and other teams to support business decisions impacting headcount, systems, and operations. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.


Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CA, CIMA, or ACCA preferred). 6-8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analysis skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel; exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
