POSITION: Manager- Business Finance (AP)

LOCATION : Delhi, India (Okhla)

DURATION: Fulltime Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager Business Finance (Accounts Payable) to lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) function for major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business finance in the e-commerce domain, with proven expertise in reconciliations, invoice validation, payout tracking, dispute resolution, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations for online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).

Reconcile marketplace statements with internal order/inventory management systems.

Ensure timely and accurate booking of vendor invoices, chargebacks, and debit notes.

Track settlements, deductions, commissions, returns, penalties, and TDS/GST compliance.

Investigate and resolve mismatches, payment delays, and financial disputes with marketplaces.

Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders sales, operations, inventory, and taxation teams.

Maintain healthy vendor relationships and handle escalations professionally.

Ensure timely monthly closing of books related to e-commerce accounts payable.

Prepare and present MIS reports, aging reports, and cash flow projections.

Implement process improvements to reduce leakages and improve reconciliation accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance/Accounting; CA Inter/MBA/Commerce background preferred.

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business finance or accounts payable in an e-commerce or retail

environment.

Hands-on experience with marketplace financials (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).

Strong command over Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and reconciliation tools.

In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
