Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, business planning, analytical skills, finance, and financial reporting. Additionally, the Business Finance Manager will need to provide regular financial reports to the management team, execute regular budget reviews, ensure compliance with all financial regulations, and recommend changes that will improve the organization\'s financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in revenue assurance or financial management roles.
- In-depth understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
