What you will be doing As a manager in the Business Finance team, you will be responsible to drive annual planning, deal structuring and vendor contract negotiation, track day-to-day financial operations, provide valuable insights/facts and make contributions through various projects, and work with teams across functions/experience units. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Gaming team on a day-to-day basis for their finance related requirements Tracking key metrics and reporting them on a regular basis Own APR processes and keep a check on budgeted vs non-budgeted spends. Work with Legal and business team on third party commercial and other contract related discussion Active conversation with stakeholders to get business updates and create a POV on health of business and outlook Work closely with legal, controller and tax teams to ensure business is fully compliant with applicable regulations. Qualifications & skills required: Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA - Finance from a reputed college 5-7 years of experience in Business Finance, process design and improvement, and working with cross functional teams. Experience in Gaming industry would be highly preferred Proficient in MS Office Excellent in verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work Result oriented and driven with the ability to work under pressure & deadlines
