Job Description

Purpose of the Role
Manage innovation programs such as Tata Motors Innovista, Tata Ideas, Tata Innoverse, Design Thinking
Support engagement with Start-ups to address identified challenges
Collaborate with functions to support them in solving their challenges through innovation programs
Collaborate with external stakeholders including Group Innovation Office, Start-ups, academia and industry bodies.
Job Responsibility
Manage platforms - Innovista Portal, eHackathon, Innoverse and related portals
Co-ordinate with functions for challenge identification, formulation, posting, idea tracking, implementation review at functional level
Guide teams at functional level for effective participation in Innovista and other Innovation Programs
Support to drive Design thinking workshops
Analyze data at functional and organizational level to drive the effectiveness of Innovation Programs
Drive pilot project with start up.
Manage budgets, purchase orders, logistics arrangements for Innovista and other Innovation Programs (Internal & External)
Desired Candidate Profile * 5 to 8 years of experience ( 1+ year of experience in managing innovation is preferred)
B. Tech, Post graduation (MBA or equivalent is desirable ), Exposure to AI tools.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills; skilled in Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, project management.
Interpersonal skills and collaboration skills - ability to interact and collaborate with seniors and teams (internal as well as external stakeholders)
Adherence to Innovista timeplans, Startup pilot timelines, Adherence to Design Thinking workshop plan,No of ideas submitted in Tata Ideas, Number of projects submitted from functions in Tata Innovista
