Job Summary

We are hiring a manager to drive domestic and international sourcing for batteries, battery scrap and OEM partnerships. The role focuses on supplier development, commercial negotiations, sourcing pipeline growth and supporting long-term supply agreements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management and business development, preferably in batteries, recycling, automotive or related industries.

Base Location: Bhopal, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Vendor Development

? Identify and onboard suppliers for used batteries, scrap, modules and related materials.

? Build relationships with dealers, dismantlers, industrial consumers and international

suppliers.

? Review supplier capability, compliance and quality standards.

OEM & Enterprise Partnerships

? Support tie-ups with automotive OEMs, ESS companies, telecom operators and large battery

users.

? Assist in negotiating buy-back arrangements and annual supply contracts.

? Participate in meetings, presentations and proposal discussions.

Commercial & Negotiation Support

? Conduct price benchmarking and evaluate market trends for batteries and black mass.

? Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms and logistical requirements within approved

guidelines.

? Track volumes, delivery schedules and commercial performance.

Market Research & Sourcing Pipeline

? Map sourcing hotspots and maintain regular contact with domestic suppliers.

? Track global supply regions and explore new sourcing opportunities.

? Share monthly updates, competitor insights and market intelligence with management.

Coordination & Documentation

? Work with operations and quality teams to ensure material specifications are met.

? Coordinate with finance, logistics and legal teams for contract execution.

? Maintain records for vendor onboarding, agreements and compliance documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
