Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and engage with
direct clients (Enterprise / Tier-1 clients)
for staffing solutions.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
to drive repeat business.
Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled on time.
Develop business strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
Negotiate contracts, commercials, and agreements with clients.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly
revenue and closure targets
.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to create new opportunities.
Requirements
4-20 years of proven experience in
Domestic Staffing Business Development
.
Must have
established client relationships
with Tier-1 companies / corporates.
Strong understanding of
IT & Non-IT hiring trends in India
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
