Roles and responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and HR departments and also have to do field sales .
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide customized hiring solutions.
Achieve business targets related to revenue, client acquisition, and retention.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and agreements.
Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients for business growth.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and client discussions.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM or reports.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
