The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waste management regulations, compliance frameworks, and market expansion strategies.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in EPR, E-Waste, and Battery Waste Management.- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with key stakeholders such as manufacturers, recyclers, and compliance agencies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.2. EPR Compliance & Regulations:- Stay updated with government regulations, EPR guidelines, and compliance requirements.- Assist clients in meeting their EPR obligations, including documentation, reporting, and liaising with authorities.3. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion:- Develop partnerships with waste processing facilities, recyclers, and technology providers.- Identify potential markets and expansion strategies for E-Waste and Battery Waste Management services.4. Client Consultation & Sustainability Advisory:- Provide consultation to clients regarding sustainable waste management practices.- Advise on cost-effective and compliant waste disposal and recycling solutions.5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.- Recommend innovative solutions to enhance service offerings and competitive positioning.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Waste Management, or a related field.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consultancy in EPR, E-Waste, and Battery Waste Management.- Strong knowledge of EPR regulations, government policies, and compliance frameworks.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently, drive revenue targets, and manage multiple projects.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and market research tools.
