The Business Development Manager - PEB Sales is responsible for generating new business, developing key accounts, and driving sales of Pre-Engineered Building solutions by identifying project opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in PEB projects
Generate leads through consultants, architects, contractors, and clients
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
Understand project requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
Develop long-term relationships with key clients and consultants
Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Strong knowledge of PEB systems and components
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and understand specifications
Client relationship & key account management
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Qualification & Experience
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
6+ years of experience in
PEB sales / steel structures
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales revenue & order booking
Lead conversion ratio
Client acquisition & retention
Timely closure of deals
