Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident professional to join us as Manager - Strategic Planning & Business Development, with a strong focus on business development, institutional tie-ups, and outreach strategy. This person will be responsible for expanding Ikigai's presence across colleges, schools, and corporates through seminars, events, partnerships, and Kaizen Centre awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and initiate collaborations with colleges, universities, and schools for seminars, workshops, and partnerships. Plan and execute a calendar of education fairs, youth festivals, and industry events for brand visibility.

2. Meet corporate HR/training teams to pitch AI upskilling workshops and training Centre programs.

3. Build and manage a pipeline of institutional and corporate leads, and convert them into active partners.

4. Represent Ikigai at external meetings, events, and conferences with strong communication and presentation skills.

5. Collect feedback from stakeholders and share insights with the product and curriculum team.

6. Maintain tracking reports and regularly update leadership on progress and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

a) 2-3 years of experience in business development or education partnerships.

b) Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

c) Confident, presentable, and persuasive in both in-person and virtual settings.

d) Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with frequent travel for meetings and events.

e) Bonus: Experience in EdTech, skilling, or academic outreach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
