Create marketing plan for the given area of operation to generate students walk in and admission into the institute operating in the given area.
Execute all the agreed marketing activities individually and also with the team members as and when planned.
Train the institute employee about the role they need to play during the marketing activities being planned and executed, and thereafter especially marketing and counseling.
Maintain detailed record of each activity planned and executed, to share results and learning with the management on periodic basis.
Submit timely reports to the management on the competition activities in specified formats.
Execute/facilitate execution of all activities mandated by management necessary for the growth of business in the given area of operation.
Achieve admission targets given by the management in the given area of operation , in specified time frame.
Make business associates in the given area of operation for recurring business.
Deliver effective seminars/workshops in school/college/other area as per the marketing and business development plan.
Data Calling as and when required to ensure good number of walk ins to achieve targets.
Maintain healthy relationships with up line and down line in department , and with franchisee team.
