Responsibilities
Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project successDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and successfully close New business deals.
Prepare sales contracts and get them signed for customer
Maintain relationship and get new business from existing customer
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Manage the Digital Marketing team
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals and Monthly, quarterly and Annual targets are met
Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for new services.
Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis and delivering accurate business reports.
Identify opportunities for Real estate
development through Strategic alliance, acquisitions, or other market opportunities in All over India and review the opportunity in accordance with company's overall business strategy.
Manage a Real estate marketing tean
Help team manage and develop networks and relationships with channel Partner, key brokerage firms, and land-related authorities for lead generation.
Train, manage, hire, and monitor the sales team; help the sales team close the sales .
