Business Development Manager (BDM)



Drive end-to-end holiday sales with a

strong focus on margins

Contribute towards achieving

monthly targets

Overlook day-to-day sales and operations with zero slip-ups Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value domestic & international holidays Avoid unnecessary discounting; sell value, not price Coordinate closely with operations to prevent cost leakages Manage leads, follow-ups, CRM, and sales pipeline Overlook sales execution and delivery quality Build repeat and referral-driven profitable business Run the office sales function with ownership and discipline Be accountable for revenue, delivery quality, and growth
