Business Acquisition and Strategy
The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, connecting on social platforms or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They would also manage the activities of others team memberresponsible for developing business for the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.
New Business Development
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased businesso Strong understanding of the e-waste management industry and sustainability practices.o Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunitieso Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusiono Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.o Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the e-waste or environmental services industry.o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
