We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to build strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, and contractors
and generate
project leads
for our premium furniture and interior solutions.
The candidate should be confident, well-presented, and passionate about business networking and project development.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet
architects, interior designers, and builders
in person to promote our furniture and interior products.
Generate
new project leads
and follow up until closure.
Build and maintain strong
professional relationships
with key partners and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the
sales & design team
for proposals or quotations.
Visit ongoing
project sites
to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain records of meetings, leads, and updates in the company's CRM or reporting system.
Represent the company at
trade shows, exhibitions, or architect events
when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Interior Design).
2-5 years of experience
in business development, project sales, or architect liaison (preferably in furniture/interior/building materials industry).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and networking ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
Should own a
two-wheeler
and be willing to travel locally.
