Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new customers and expand the existing client base for the Foundry Division.
Consistently contribute to expanding order volumes, with a strong focus on adding order volumes of new business.
Identify and pursue opportunities across domestic markets, leveraging maximum networking strength.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with production capacity and delivery schedules.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide insights for business decisions.
Candidate profile
8 to 15 years
of proven experience in
foundry or machine shop industry
.
Strong domestic market network and demonstrated success in customer acquisition.
Willingness to travel
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
