Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development and marketing strategies to promote the clinic.
Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns such as health camps, tie-ups, stalls, events, flyers, and brand awareness programs.
Drive indoor marketing initiatives within the clinic, including patient engagement, referral programs, branding, and promotional offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, communities, and local networks for patient acquisition.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase footfall and revenue.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, patient conversion, and revenue growth.
Coordinate with the management team to align marketing activities with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development / marketing / sales, preferably in the healthcare, clinic, or hospital industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of digital marketing and local marketing strategies is an added advantage.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and leadership qualities.
