Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identify and connect with potential prospects to promote Franchise opportunities in target regions.
2. Understand the educational market trends and franchisee needs to provide appropriate solutions.
3. Respond promptly and professionally to franchise inquiries, explaining the business model, benefits, and onboarding process.
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify untapped areas and recommend strategic locations for franchise expansion.
5. Build long-term relationships with prospective partners and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth conversion.
6. Maintain and update the lead database regularly with proper documentation, follow-up actions, and progress status.
7. Assist in organizing online/offline franchise orientation sessions and presentations.
8. Support franchisees during their initial setup period to ensure alignment with the Musical Abacus standards.
Key Skills Required
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to convert leads into partners.
3. Proficient in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities.
4. Good understanding of franchise business models, especially in the education domain.
5. Data management and record-keeping ability.
6. Confident in giving presentations and product demonstrations.
7. Strong telephone etiquette and follow-up discipline.
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets under minimal supervision.

MBA / BE(Preferred)
