Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Manager
to lead our offline partnership initiatives and oversee day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive local outreach, forge valuable collaborations, and ensure smooth in-clinic operations and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Offline Tie-Ups
Identify and build
partnerships with salons, gyms, dermatologists, fitness centers, bridal studios
, corporates, and wellness brands.
Design and implement
offline marketing campaigns
, referral programs, and cross-promotional activities.
Organize
events, pop-ups, skin camps, or workshops
to increase clinic visibility and client engagement.
Track and analyze ROI from tie-ups, collaborations, and lead generation activities.
Maintain strong relationships with partners for long-term growth.
Clinic Operations Management
Supervise daily clinic activities to ensure efficient functioning and top-notch
client experience
.
Manage staff schedules, front desk operations, and client flow.
Monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure
timely procurement of products and consumables
.
Handle client escalations and service recovery with a solutions-first approach.
Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and adherence to
clinic SOPs and hygiene standards
.
Collaborate with the medical/aesthetic team for smooth coordination and service delivery.

Team leadership and people management experience
Operational know-how in a clinic, salon, or service-based business
Sales-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
Proficient in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic clinic management software

Understanding of
aesthetic treatments, dermatology, or skin care services
Local market knowledge and existing network of potential partners
