Job Summary



We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction Participate in meetings, training programs, and performance reviews as required

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Commerce 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales or a similar role Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
