Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and consulting services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.- Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable profiles.- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.- Drive end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.- Present service offerings to key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement heads.- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal building, RFP responses, and client delivery coordination.- Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 3 to 8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in IT Staffing/Consulting domain.- Strong existing network with corporates, IT clients, and decision-makers in Bangalore or PAN India.- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding client base.- Experience in working with contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed services models.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
