Specialize in
on-demand solutions selling
, understanding client requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams during
pre-sales
to prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
Ensure smooth
post-sales
handover and maintain strong client relationships to foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in
business development
within the
IT services industry
.
Proven experience in
on-demand solutions selling
.
Exposure to both
pre-sales and post-sales
processes is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
