USA and UK markets

and are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager

to represent us locally and build long-term client relationships.

Role Overview

We are seeking a

USA-based Business Development Manager

with experience selling

IT services, software development, or digital solutions

. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales conversations, and closing long-term outsourcing and partnership deals with agencies, startups, and SMBs.

You will act as the

front-facing representative

of Aqualeaf in the US/UK market, working closely with our delivery team in India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients (agencies, startups, SMBs, product companies) Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements Present Aqualeaf as a

white-label / offshore development partner

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM Close long-term development and partnership deals Coordinate with the India-based technical and delivery teams Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and partners
Required Experience & Skills

3+ years of experience in

B2B sales or business development

Proven background in

IT services, software development, SaaS, or digital agencies

Strong understanding of offshore / nearshore delivery models Excellent communication and negotiation skills Comfortable working with remote international teams Experience selling

retainer, project-based, or dedicated team models

Self-driven, organized, and relationship-focused
Nice to Have

Existing network of agencies, founders, or tech decision-makers Experience closing white-label or outsourcing partnerships Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Pay: ?238,816.41 - ?1,072,588.21 per year
