Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Non-IT sectors such as Pharma, Manufacturing, and Light Industries. Drive engagements through VMS/MSP/SOW models. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, HR heads, Procurement). Develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations that convert opportunities into business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation. Proven experience in US staffing business development, especially targeting non-IT clients. Strong understanding of VMS/MSP/SOW engagement models. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
