About The Role :



KMS Health Center Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a

Business Development Manager - Regulated Markets

to drive growth across EU, UK, US, and other regulated markets. The role focuses on in-licensing, supply partnerships, product registration support, distribution, and CDMO services, including development and dossier development.

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong exposure to regulated-market pharma business models and the ability to work closely with R&D, Regulatory, QA, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities :



Identify and develop new business opportunities in regulated markets (EU / UK / US). Build and manage relationships with pharma companies, MAHs, licensors, distributors, and CDMOs. Drive BD strategy aligned with KMS capabilities across development, registration, and commercialization. Lead in-licensing discussions for APIs and finished dosage forms. Support FDF supply deals for regulated markets. Develop and manage distribution partnerships, including commercial and territory discussions. Support BD opportunities linked to CEP, DMF, CTD / EU dossiers, ANDA-driven programs. Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to position registration-ready and pipeline products. Assist partners with regulatory strategy understanding, timelines, and costing.

Promote CDMO services, including:

Formulation development Analytical method development & validation Stability studies Tech transfer Dossier development (Modules 2-5) Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals for development and dossier-based projects. Manage NDAs, CDAs, term sheets, and commercial agreements. Maintain BD pipeline, forecasts, and conversion metrics. Represent KMS at partnering meetings, client calls, and industry events.

Qualification



B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc / MBA (Pharma or Business preferred)

Experience



6-12 years of experience in

regulated-market business development

Prior exposure to

CDMO, API, formulations, regulatory-driven BD, or licensing

is highly preferred Proven track record in

deal closures and long-term partnerships


Skills



Strong understanding of

regulated-market pharma ecosystems

Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and regulatory teams Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused
