About the Role:If you live for the thrill of closing deals, building client relationships from the ground up, and taking full ownership of your revenue goals - this role is for you.We're looking for a hands-on, target-driven Business Development Manager who can turn conversations into contracts and leads into long-term partnerships. You'll be the growth engine of Nexhireplus' US staffing business, driving new client acquisition, expanding accounts, and directly contributing to our bottom line.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve defined sales and revenue targets.- Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSP/VMS accounts in the US market.- Drive end-to-end sales cycles - from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding clients.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and digital campaigns.- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.- Conduct needs assessments to understand client staffing challenges and propose tailored solutions.- Prepare and present business proposals, rate cards, and capability presentations.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and SLAs to ensure profitable business relationships.- Track and report on weekly performance, pipeline status, closures, and revenue metrics via CRM.- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to position Nexhireplus strategically.What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 5-8 years of proven experience in US Staffing Business Development/Sales.- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and client acquisition goals.- Strong network with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 Vendors.- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.- Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, RFPs, and client onboarding.- Entrepreneurial mindset - self-driven, organized, and relentless in pursuit of results.- Comfortable working in a performance-based, fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Why Join Nexhireplus:- Be part of a fast-scaling US Staffing firm with a performance-driven culture.- Direct impact on company growth and revenue.- Transparent incentives - your success equals your reward.- Supportive leadership, growth opportunities, and an environment built for achievers.
