Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and engage potential Non-IT clients for C2H staffing services across sectors l( Manufacturing)- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders including HR and Procurement.- Understand client staffing needs and present tailored C2H staffing solutions.- Drive end-to-end client onboarding processes including due diligence, contract negotiation, and compliance.- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular client follow-ups, meetings, and networking.- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.- Stay updated with industry trends, pricing models, and competitor activities.
