Experience: 4-8 yearsIndustry: HR Staffing / Recruitment / Talent SolutionsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role- We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to scale our HR Staffing and Talent Acquisition business. This role focuses on new client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term account development across IT, Non-IT, and niche hiring segments.- The ideal candidate understands the staffing ecosystem, speaks the language of CXOs, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers, and can convert relationships into recurring business.Key Responsibilities- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for permanent, contract, and bulk staffing services- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic networking- Conduct client meetings, requirement discovery, and solution presentations- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams- Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account expansion- Track market trends, hiring demand, and competitor activity- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsKey Skills & Competencies :- Proven experience in HR Staffing / Recruitment sales- Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring models- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to sell value-based staffing solutions, not just CVs- Comfortable engaging with CXOs, HR Leaders, and Business Heads- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field- MBA / PGDM (HR or Marketing) preferred- Existing client network in staffing/recruitment is a strong plus (ref:updazz.com)
